Percentiles Chart
The HPAT is all about percentiles. You will be ranked against the other 3000 students who take the exam in February to get a percentile score, which is converted to your raw score and used in your application to medical school.
This table gives an indication of percentiles for students who have taken the Ace the HPAT course since 2025. When you complete a practice exam or a class quiz, you can refer to this chart to see approximately what percentile you would have got compared to other students.
Please note: numbers taking this course are far smaller than the number doing the HPAT, and many students do not take HPAT courses at all, so you are comparing against a smaller sample size and likely a higher standard than the average HPAT candidate. Results are meant to give a general idea only and should be interpreted as such.
